At Ajanta Shoes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every step you take. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Footwear
Place the unused shoes in their original brand box along with all tags, invoices, and protective packaging.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to perform a quality check and pick up the return package from your doorstep.
Receive Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
